This is a teaser announcement for Parliamentary Conversations in the Commonwealth, a podcast by the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association. We’re about to launch our first episode, marking Kwibuka, the Annual Commemoration of Victims of the Genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda. On the episode, we ask what parliamentary democracies can do to remember victims of genocide and prevent future genocides.
We’re very excited to be launching this podcast, which will give a voice to parliamentarians, civil society experts and activists across the Commonwealth to discuss common democratic challenges and share their ideas on what can be done to solve them. To be notified about the launch episode and stay up to date with the podcast, subscribe to the podcast on your favourite podcasting platform. You can also search for CPA Secretariat on social media and follow us to stay up to date with all the work that the CPA does.
